The Executive Assistant to the Associate Vice Chancellor provides primary administrative support services to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Development. Essential duties include oral and written communications, maintenance of complex calendars and preparation of materials for meetings. Serves as point of contact for the office and is responsible for interaction and coordination of meetings and events with the highest level of donors.

Qualifications:   • Bachelors degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.

• Advanced knowledge of common campus-specific and other computer application programs.

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external individuals, both verbally and in writing, and with a high level of diplomacy and discretion.

• Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.

• Ability to use high-level discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

• Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.

• Strong skills in analyses and complex problem-solving.
